Graybar approached FLC with a mission: to help Weidner Apartment Homes create one of Colorado Springs’ finest apartment complexes. The catch? It had to be on a budget. Originally envisioning a predominance of brushed nickel fixtures, the fixture package brief was changed to predominantly bronze. Using a variety of beautiful decorative fixtures from Minka, Lightology and Casey Architectural Lighting and myriad energy-efficient LED fixtures from GE, LSI, LiteLine, Acolyte and TraceLite, FLC was able to create a striking lighting scheme that is simultaneously beautiful and inexpensive – both in initial investment and in long-term energy and maintenance savings. La Bella Vita Apartments is one of the Springs’ finest luxury apartment complexes, and is yet another example of FLC helping others create large-scale beauty on a budget.
