Corporex’s flyby rendering video of The Art Hotel in Denver
Fisher Lighting & Controls is extremely proud to announce that it will be providing lighting for the brand-new Denver Art Hotel being built in Denver’s Golden Triangle District, right next to the Denver Art Museum. A major part of the City of Denver’s current urban revitalization project, the $50 million project has been dubbed a “keystone” of the city center’s rebirth by Mayor Michael Hancock. Entailing nine floors of mixed-use space, the Art Hotel will also offer three floors of office space before turning into a state-of-the-art hospitality experience. Guests will check in with iPads before enjoying the unique modern architecture and amenities, developed by the Corporex Corporation.
“The look and feel of The Art will be unique,” according to Mark Witkiewicz, Chief Operating Officer of Corporex. “When people leave the city, they will remember the hotel. The Art will have the finest of what travelers and diners desire…Our guests will experience art in the true Colorado environment: open, airy and bright.” Fresh on the heels of doing lighting for the wildly successful Denver Union Station & Crawford Hotel, Fisher Lighting & Controls is proud to continue being a major player in Denver’s hottest new city center projects.
